Even people who know the rules of the road don’t obey them when it is not convenient for them.
Another money grab. Ask any official the following. Have you EVER encountered a situation at an intersection where you hit a yellow and don’t know whether to remain at speed or to continue through intersection? Yes is the answer to every driver. Another SUBJECTIVE fine has been incorporated so every day people pay your wages. In Holland there are places w/o traffic rules/signs and everybody obeys because everybody has to be aware and communicating with each other. 95 percent of drivers do not get in a motor vehicle collision.
